She was responsible for defining, executing, and embedding strategy across Dyson’s global business and created and gained board agreement for a 5-year global market strategy. She built the strategic plan for the future of Dyson’s DTC business encompassing ambitious growth targets, new business models, and initiatives and frameworks to improve channel profitability. She has a keen interest in sustainability, having studied how businesses can better operate in a circular economy, and benefit from circular business models both environmentally and economically.
